Why 5 Move Running Works
Most runners don’t have a fitness problem.
They have a movement problem.
Overstriding, scissor running, poor timing, loss of rhythm, and inefficient mechanics quietly hold performance back.
In this video, I’ll explain how the 5 Move System helps runners move better, run more efficiently, and finally understand what’s really happening inside their stride
Personal Video Review
How do you currently run? How do you compare to the 5 Move Standard?Â
A key part of the program is the awareness of how you currently run. This feedback is given at the start, mid program and at the end in a final reckoning.
Richard will personally review your run form and send you back a link to the on-form package, breaking down what's good and bad currently in your stride.
We look at the shapes, timing and rhythm and also look for any problems at Hip, Knee or Ankle.

CASE STUDY - Miles
Miles came with a history of foot and ankle problems caused by a heavy overstride. This included eventual nerve compression in the heel. The footwork in the course alone helped cure that problem.Â
Before:
- Inefficient stride mechanics
- Pushy, forceful ground contact
- Stuck in repetitive patterns
- Limited performance gains
After:
- ✓Smoother, more fluid movement
- ✓More efficient energy use
- ✓Better timing and coordination
- âś“Measurable performance improvementsÂ
Miles did the online course and then booked a 1:1 to go through the drills in a bit more detail. We identified that he was now landing a bit "toesy" and needs to work on a flatter foot landing, plus improvements in executing some of the more complex drills.Â
